When it comes to instant and easy to prepare ramen, Nissin has always been the leading producer. It is an established name in the Cup Noodle industry as it has introduced a great variety of tasty noodle products not only in the Japanese market but also on a universal scale.

Over the years, Nissin Cup Noodles have been patronized by millions of people from different countries since it is both flavorful and convenient to prepare. However, these days, more and more consumers are becoming health conscious and are very particular about their diet. They opt for more nutritious and healthy substitutes rather than instant food with lots of preservatives.

In order to cater to the dietary preferences of health conscious consumers, Nissin introduced a more nutritious variation to their regular Cup Noodles. They called this the All-in Noodle because of its healthy ingredients. To start with, each of the noodles used in this new product has a nutrient enriched core with a standard noodle coating rather than the ordinary starch. According to Nissin, this new strand protects the texture and taste of the noodle while reducing its carbohydrate content at the same time.

Furthermore, the company also offers other healthy varieties such as the Abura Ramen which is consists of spicy rayu oil, chashu pork and green onions as well as the Tom Yum which is mixed with lemongrass, coconut milk and cilantro. Finally, Nissin has also introduced Tantan noodles which are basically enriched with Szechuan pepper.
